Cancel Your Reservation

Please contact us by phone or e-mail for cancellations and changes.
If you make a reservation on the internet, you can cancel it on the internet.
(We will contact you if a cancellation fee occurs.)

Cancellation Fees

5-2 days prior to your scheduled program 20% of your total amount

1day prior to your scheduled program 30% of your total amount

Before the program starts on the day 50% of your total amount

No show on your scheduled program day 100% of your total amount

No refund will be given at the start of the program.

※ However, cancellations before the start of the program due to the influence of force majeure such as rain, strong winds, and natural disasters are no penalties applied on the day of the program.
